Refund and Returns Policy

Conditions for Return

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.  If a product is returned to us in an inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
  • The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
  • The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Jingles packaging, it must be returned in the same condition . Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box.

How to Return a Product?

contact us through our hotline 0764 547 424 & describe the issue clearly. Thereafter Pack your  product securely,  in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.

If you are around Galle we highly recommend you to drop by our Main branch 117, Main Street,Galle, Sri Lanka . If you are a customer away from Galle district, wait for our pick-up service.

Valid Reasons to return an Item

  • Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival)
  • Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts)

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return.Change of mind after purchasing a product is not applicable.

PLEASE MAKE A NOTE THAT ALL OUR PRODUCTS SHOULD BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE.
